HB 135 - DENTISTS: LICENSING & EXTEND EXAMINING BD Number 0028 CHAIRMAN KOTT stated that the committee would take up HB 135, "An Act relating to dental licensing; extending the termination date of the Board of Dental Examiners; and providing for an effective date." He stated that there were no testifers present. He stated that the committee substitute is before the committee and the only change is that the title is tightened. Number 0084 REPRESENTATIVE WILLIAMS made a motion to adopt CSHB 135(RLS), 0- LS05447, Version F, Lauterbach, 4/14/97. CHAIRMAN KOTT asked if there were any objections, hearing none, it was so ordered. Number 105 REPRESENTATIVE WILLIAMS made a motion to move CSHB 135(RLS), 0- LS05447, Version F, Lauterbach, 4/14/97, with individual reccomendations and zero fiscal note. CHAIRMAN KOTT asked if there were any objections, hearing none, CSHB 135(RLS), was moved out of the House Rules Standing Committee.
